Jamia P.

Jamia is 10 years old and a member at Center of Hope – Thomasville Recreation Center.  Her favorite club activity is playing table hockey with her friends at the club; when she grows up, she wants to be a scientist or a detective.  She says that the BGCMA has helped her learn to focus on her school work, especially reading and geography.  For her, the best part of BGCMA is the staff – in her words, “they care for us, love us, and inspire us to do what we need to do.”
